Homebuyer Education (Certification)
This 8-hour certification seminar will provide the fundamentals of budgeting, credit needed for a loan, housing expenses and understanding the home buying process.
A lender, realtor and insurance agent will provide important and timely information to purchase a home. Down payment assistance programs and neighborhood stabilization programs will be discussed.
Participants will receive a certificate of completion recognized by First Time Home Buyer Programs.
Date & Time: Saturday, March 8, from 8:30am - 4:30pm
