Letter from the President
Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Orange County kicked off an exciting facility facelift in December. The refurbishing will occur in three phases to minimize disturbances for our clients and staff during the workday. Our goal is to decorate with designer tastes on a non-profit budget. Higgins Design & Interiors of Orange has created a fresh new look without having to tear out existing tiles, cabinetry and book cases. The remodeling will feature contemporary, relaxing colors with coordinated paint, flooring and wall coverings.
- First phase (nearly complete): Lobby, counselor offices, first floor restrooms.
- Second phase (to begin shortly): Operations area, training room, break room.
- Third phase (to begin in March): Education and administrative offices.
Along with the refurbishing, the project will also include new office equipment such as computers with additional memory and higher speed as well as more ergonomic office chairs.
We are all eager to see a fresh new look for 2013 to complement our new initiatives for the year.
Sincerely,
Cheryl Y. Borden
President, CCCS-OC
