Celebrating 45 Years of Service to Orange County Area business executives and other community leaders will convene on May 3 to celebrate our completion of 45 years of service to the Orange County community. Addressing the importance of financial literacy, especially in the current economic environment, will be U.S. Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez and Orange County Business Council President Lucy Dunn. CCCS is dedicated to helping consumers achieve financial stability through education and counseling.
