GT3 Extends T3 Motion Lead in Power Management System

T3 Motion's roots in developing world-class power management and battery systems far precede the company's founding in 2006. In fact, our battery and power management experience spans over a decade, dating back to 1999 when T3 Motion Founder and CEO Ki Nam successfully electrified a gas-powered Honda Civic.

Since those early beginnings, we have grown to become a world leader in electric power management systems through vehicles like the T3 Series electric stand-up vehicle (ESV), CT Micro Car and now the GT3.

The way we look at it, it's one thing to make batteries but it's a much different challenge to make power management systems interact with them. T3 Motion has taken the innovative approach of developing the entire electrical power management system (batteries + motor + motor controller + charger) within T3 Motion.

Through early prototypes of the T3 Series, we engineered a patent-pending power management system that could "talk to itself" and maximize range possibilities; while, at the same time, minimizing recharge times. The T3 Motion power management system was next targeted for the CT Micro Car, giving it a range of up to 75 miles on recharging in just six to eight hours.

This solid foundation in batteries and management systems is at the core of T3 Motion's latest innovation, the electric GT3 commuter vehicle. Drawing upon the past lessons in three- and four-wheel vehicles, we continue to evolve as a provider of clean-energy transportation solutions.

The GT3 is the result of our revolutionary vision of how people move about. For us, the GT3 represents the next generation of personal transportation and the next generation of the T3 Motion Power Management System.
