Voices of Courage Podcast
Johnney Zhang was a special guest on the Voices of Courage podcast, hosted by Ken Foster. The title of the episode was "The Courage of Changemakers." Johnney was honored to impart his insights and expertise as a true entrepreneur. He also shared his personal story of youth in in China, college education in the United Kingdom, and creation of an extremely successful business in the United States.
Key highlights Johnney touched on included the core characteristics of changemakers, living outside of comfort zones, and how to stay positive and keep moving forward when things get tough.

Primior recently acquired an interest in investment banking firm Xnergy Financial. The relationship offers important advantages to each company in terms of enhanced opportunities for clients, synergies for growth and operational efficiencies.

In addition, our clients will benefit from Xnergy brokerage services for real estate sales and acquisitions.

New Tenant for First Harbor Plaza
We are proud to announce Taqueria Zamora as the newest tenant for our First Harbor Plaza development in Santa Ana, California. Taqueria Zamora opened in 1992 and has become a landmark eatery renowned for its handmade tortillas and will now debut a second location at First Harbor Plaza. It is our first food tenant for the property, joining Chase Bank and Optima Salon Suites.
Johnney Zhang was proud to make the announcement stating, "It's exciting to welcome such a well-known and loved restaurant with local roots to our First Harbor Plaza development. One of our highest priorities is to play a role in the economic and cultural development of the communities where we build."
