Welcome,
KCOMM has experienced some exciting growth this November, from two unique new clients, to the success of the Internet Marketing Association events at Microsoft Stores, to the launch of the impactSHOW podcast, available on all platforms.
We're already heading into 2020 with new initiatives targeted towards our own business development, client relationships, company structure, and what the future looks like for us in the next 3-5 years.
We are truly thankful for the momentum of opportunities and value represented by all of our clients and partners. We thank you for being a part of our journey this year.
Thank you,
Sinan Kanatsiz

7th Annual Caterina's Club Snow Day
It is always a special time this holiday season to give back to the community. My friends and I at the IEC volunteered at Caterina's Club Snow Day for this very reason.
It was a joyous occasion where children gathered at the Anaheim White House Restaurant to enjoy a five-star meal, courtesy of Chef Bruno Serato and his staff, as they welcomed all with open arms and full plates.
Following the meal, they enjoyed a visit from Santa Claus and other special guests and were free to play in 15 tons of snow brought in to give them a truly "White Christmas" experience.
Thank you to the following IEC members for coming by to support the kids' afternoon dining experience:
• Kevin Maloney
• Dean Stathakis and his wife
• Marty O'Connor
• Gloria Lee
• David Crouch
Chef Bruno Serato and Caterina's Club are valued partners of the IEC, and to-date, they have fed over 3 million kids with their Feeding the Children program! I'm excited to be part of their growth and to take it to the next level with their new membership program.

impactSHOW at Microsoft Stores Around the U.S.
The Internet Marketing Association held one of its most ambitious projects on Nov. 14, taking impactSHOW 2019 on the road to more than 80 Microsoft Stores across the United States. The IMA team of content, social media, design, advertising and video specialists transformed a highly successful IMPACT19 (held just weeks earlier at Las Vegas' Waldorf Astoria) from a 12-hour conference into a 90-minute video program filled with insights and highlights from many of its inspirational keynote speakers.
Microsoft Stores' spotlight on the IMA amplified the reach of its annual conference and the impactSHOW 2019 lineup that included Jeff Kearl, CEO of Stance; Palmer Luckey, founder of Oculus VR & Anduril Technologies; and the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. The IMA content added value by providing Microsoft Stores with exclusive original programming to engage business customers in a unique experience at its retail locations. Some powerful insights included:
• Cultivating a brand
• Importance of optimizing systems based on an understanding of risk
• Principles of building an effective organization
• Power of leveraging social media in a large organization
• Value of a competitive edge
• Strength of determination and courage in achieving dreams
All attendees received the multi-page IMA IMPACT Report, a free one-year IMA membership, and access to IMA's brand-new Lightspeed virtual training content. There was also an opportunity drawing for Microsoft's new Surface Go. A second opportunity focused on photo/video reviews served through Indi with a prize of a pair of BOSE sunglasses.
