The Internet Marketing Association's IMPACT13 event is fast approaching. The annual gathering brings together professionals with responsibilities in executive management, content development, customer engagement, creative, marketing strategy, business ownership, programming and more.

IMPACT13 will be held Sept. 25-27, 2013, in the beautiful environment of CityCenter, Las Vegas, featuring distinguished keynote speakers on vital Internet marketing topics, a series of breakout sessions presented by the industry's leading experts, and the 2013 IMPACT13 Awards celebration.

Tony Hsieh, CEO Zappos
"Entrepreneurship and Revitalizing Downtown Las Vegas"
In 1999, at the age of 24, Tony Hsieh sold LinkExchange to Microsoft for $265 million. He then joined Zappos.com as an advisor and investor, ultimately becoming CEO. Tony helped grow the company from almost no sales to over $1 billion in gross merchandise sales annually, while making Fortune magazine's annual Best Companies to Work For list. In November 2009, the firm was acquired by Amazon.com in a deal valued at $1.2 billion.

How Nevada Uses Internet Marketing to Stimulate Economic Growth
Brian Sandoval was elected Governor on November 2, 2010, after serving as United States District Judge for the District of Nevada as appointed by President George W. Bush in October 2005 to become the state's first Hispanic federal judge. He also served as Nevada Attorney General and on several important state boards and commissions, including the Cyber-Crime Task Force.

IMPACT13 Awards

Organizations of all types are also encouraged to submit innovative Internet marketing programs for recognition by both their professional peers and leading industry experts assembled for the IMPACT13 Awards. Award categories include App Development, Blog, Email Marketing, Facebook, Microsite, Mobile, Online Survey, Social Media Campaign, Twitter, Website, Webinar/Vodcast/Podcast and YouTube. Capping off the awards will be overall "Best Of" honors for Email Marketing, Facebook, Mobile Campaign, Microsite, Social Media Campaign and Website as well as a very special Lifetime Achievement Award.
