Dear Friends,

As we close out 2012, we are sincerely grateful for the opportunities to help each of our clients pursue their goals and objectives through strategically integrated marketing programs. Those efforts, after all, are the lifeblood of the agency and the motivating challenges that drive our work every day, encompassing traditional activities like public relations and public affairs combined with the latest approaches to social media and search engine optimization.

An equally important aspect of what we think sets KCOMM apart is the signature events we create. Bringing together business, government, non-profit, education and community leaders consistently forges important new relationships and channels of communication. Event partners in 2012 included Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Orange County, Apple, Google and Adobe.

We were also pleased to help support a banner year for the Internet Marketing Association (IMA). Milestones for IMA included a three-day conference with an incredible line-up of keynote speakers, multiple topical breakout sessions, first-class evening entertainment, and the 2012 Impact Awards. IMA also introduced a comprehensive Certified Internet Marketer education and professional certification program to set a benchmark for industry best practices.

With all the blessings we've received, we feel it's incumbent on us to give back to our community through contributions to charitable causes. A primary focus for KCOMM is on vital services for children which included Boys Town of California, Pretend City Children's Museum, Irvine Public Schools Foundation, California Highway Patrol, Tilly's Life Center, YMCA Youth and Government, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), and Los Angeles Boys and Girls Club.

In closing, as we all celebrate the holidays with friends and family, we are deeply saddened by the tragic situation in Newtown, Connecticut. We offer our collective condolences, along with the rest of the country, to honor the losses those families have experienced. We hold them in our prayers and hope that a new year can bring the start of healing and recovery.

We look toward 2013 with a renewed sense of purpose and a commitment to making a difference.

Sincerely,

Sinan Kanatsiz
