Happy Halloween,

Fall has been a very busy time for KCOMM and its clients. We've had the chance to connect with some exemplary industry leaders, and we continue working every day to serve our clients' needs.

One very special highlight occurred in late September as KCOMM helped present the 2012 Internet Marketing Association Conference and Impact Awards event in Las Vegas. This year's event showcased the best in the Internet Marketing industry and achieved record attendance. We're already planning an even more exciting event for 2013!

In addition to the IMA event, we have welcomed new clients to the KCOMM roster, helped current clients implement innovative programs like the REOMAC "In the Know" Virtual Summit, and enhanced our capabilities with additional services.

Sincerely,

Sinan Kanatsiz

Facebook Ads Bring More Business

We have all seen the ads that appear next to search results and have proven so successful for Google. Facebook also offers similar advertising opportunities for paid messages from businesses. One important advantage of Facebook ads is the ability to include images along with copy and links.

Facebook advertising will help you increase page Likes and reach new people who aren't yet connected to your page. One good approach is to promote specific posts that have been made on your Facebook page that may be of particular interest to your target audience, which can give you additional reach and increase your chance of placement in the news feed.

Here are basic steps for reaching the right audience:
  • Develop a profile of your ideal customer
  • Select the specific audience for your ad using Facebook tools
  • Create your targeted ads and sponsored stories
Location, age and gender settings allow you to choose the basic demographics of the audience you want to reach. And an estimated audience size will indicate the total number of people your ad will have the opportunity to reach if your bid and budget are high enough.

Research has shown that people who like a company's Facebook page spend an average of two times as much money as customers who are not engaged via Facebook. That's a big margin!
