Welcome,

As we paused recently to look back over a year's worth of KCOMM newsletters, we were truly amazed by the scope of experiences and relationships that 2010 brought us. One of the most exciting aspects of our business is the wide variety of organizations, people and activities that it encompasses.

Here are some examples from 2010:
  • Recognizing local elected leaders and building relationships between them and our clients; for instance, through a special event early in the year with Congressman Ken Calvert and Elon Musk.

  • Supporting opportunities for youth through our work with our education clients, hosting the "Education Solutions for California 2010" event, bringing leaders throughout the community together with the YMCA's Youth & Government program, and hosting an alternative energy event for area high school students.

  • Speaking at local colleges and universities on topics such as Internet marketing and social media to help tomorrow's young leaders stay on top of these important trends.

  • Working with organizations focused on enhancing communities locally and abroad, such as Pretend City Children's Museum, Building Africa, the CARE Foundation and the first Internet Marketing Association (IMA) Awards.

  • Helping to build and promote innovation in fascinating business segments including state-of-the-art healthcare specialties, clean-energy vehicles, and mortgage lending combined with non-profit support.

  • Launching the Anaheim International Film Festival, a non-profit organization benefiting next generation film makers and the first ever, one-minute youth film challenge with over 300 entries by students throughout Southern California.

  • Further developing KCOMM resources in social media services, text marketing, a new web site, and an expanded presence on the East Coast.

  • Hosting a holiday toy drive benefiting the children of Boys Town of California, with a record total of 86 toys contributed by KCOMM clients, associates and business partners.

It is thanks to our valued clients that these doors are opened to us. Working with them to achieve their goals, while building wonderful personal relationships, makes our business such a satisfying pursuit.

We're looking forward to new challenges and opportunities in 2011. Here's to a very happy holiday season and a joyous new year!

Sincerely,
