Youth Leadership Council Update: Pretend City Children's Museum
On March 13, Carson Kropfl, creator of Locker Board, visited Pretend City to speak with their Youth Leadership Council. Kropfl appeared on ABC's Shark Tank at the age of 11 with his Locker Board, the first non-folding, compact and sustainable skateboard that can fit in a locker or backpack. He struck an investment deal with Richard Branson and is continuing to grow Locker Board and awareness for sustainability. Kropfl left a lasting impact on the council sharing his three keys to his success: Seizing the moment, never giving up, and believing in yourself.
