Bringing together 180 Orange County leaders across the business, education, and non-profit sectors, CEO Leadership Alliance Orange County and Octane OC hosted an extraordinary event for the region to discuss a shared vision of building a better OC that provides opportunities for all communities to thrive.
Mike Mussallem, Chairman and CEO of Edwards Lifesciences, kicked off the event, followed by notable speakers Annette Walker, President of City of Hope OC, Bill Carpou, CEO of Octane, and Dan Young, Executive Director of ocV!BE, followed by vibrant table discussions.

UCI's first leadership certificate program for women in technology has officially completed its inaugural spring cohort. Named LEAP, the program stands for leadership, equality, allies, & presence, and is designed for those in information technology and STEM roles seeking to advance their careers through leadership, influence, communication, and confidence.
|
The cohort, which included 39 participants from 10 different schools, departments, and offices across UCI and UCI Health, was a great representation of the diversity of women within information technology across UCI today.
