CDS Honored as 2010 New Mexico Flying 40 Award Recipient
CDS has been named a recipient of the New Mexico Technology Flying 40 Awards, given to the forty fastest-growing technology companies headquartered in the state. The Flying 40 is a selection of the top 40 revenue-generating technology companies in the state of New Mexico. The selection criteria are based on revenue and revenue growth. The New Mexico Technology Flying 40 Program is sponsored by KPMG, LLP, New Mexico Bank & Trust, the Albuquerque Journal Business Outlook, the Albuquerque Isotopes, the Sandia Science & Technology Park Development Corp. (SSTPDC) and Technology Ventures Corporation.
The greater Albuquerque region, Forbes says, is the single best place for business and careers and it's these technology-based companies that caused Forbes to rank us no. 1. New Mexico was ranked "First in Venture Capital Investment Growth" from 1997 to 2007 by the National Venture Capital Association. Last year was a difficult year for everyone in business and our technology-based economy sector was no exception. Given these challenges, the Flying 40 is an example of the finest New Mexico has to offer.
