Save Money by Cooking at Home
Hot Artichoke Dip
Easy and Yummy for the Entire Family
- 6 oz. can artichoke hearts (packed in water and drained)
- 4 oz. can diced green chilies
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. package cream cheese (room temp/softened)
Dice artichoke hearts into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in serving dish at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes until bubbling. Serve with tortilla chips (Scoopers are good for scooping lots of dip!).
