Food Drive Supports Families in Need
In the spirit of giving this holiday season, Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Orange County (CCCS-OC) will be participating in a food drive benefiting Community Action Partnership of Orange County/Orange County Food Bank.
Why participate in this effort? 33.7% (211,000) of low-income households in Orange County experience hunger at least once a day (Orange County Nutrition and Food Insecurity Profile, California Food Policy Advocates 2010). Your contribution will secure food for families and individuals this holiday season. We invite you to generously donate non-perishable food items that will benefit local food banks. The food collected will help the hungry this holiday season. |
