CCCS-OC Featured on PBS SoCal
Last week, we had a wonderful opportunity to be featured on the "Real Orange" news program produced by PBS-affiliate KOCE-TV, seen throughout the greater Los Angeles region. Our Director of Counseling, Natalie Lohrenz, was interviewed as part of the station's series on "financial inclusion." Natalie outlined the services provided by Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Orange County and discussed the topic of payday loan services, the significant drawbacks of using those services, and alternatives available. She also described the free CCCS-OC programs available for helping people develop an effective way to manage their cash flow and budget in order to avoid resorting to those kinds of options with very high interest rates. |
