Last week, we had an opportunity to attend the Hispanic 100 3rd Annual Lifetime Achievement Award event at the Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach. In addition to a wonderful dinner and impressive award presentation, the evening included mistress of ceremonies Rosario Marin, former U.S. Treasurer, and entertainment by Larry Braggs, singer for the renowned band Tower of Power. The Hispanic 100 is a nonprofit organization established to develop and promote leadership within and from the Hispanic community and to advance free-enterprise principals through advocacy and educational activities that impact the Hispanic population. The Lifetime Achievement Award evening provided an excellent opportunity for CCCS-OC to continue building its strong presence in that community and interact with leaders from throughout the county.
